Location is good. 3 mins walk to biggest shopping mall. Reasonable room price. Hotel is safe. Excellent staff service. It is by the road. Traffic is noisy.

There is cockroach sometimes in the room. Cable TV is limited. No lift in the hotel.

1.Location is poor - no shops/bars/etc around. Jungceylon is really nearby - but it is huge and it takes a long time to get into it. 2. Both nights I stayed there there was a very loud music outside till 4-5am (don't know for sure). 3. Sockets near the bed were not working so watching movie from the laptop before sleep runs the battery off 4. Not bad but funny - the receptionist doesn't know how to use credit cards :)
